- Reporting an Issue: If your item is damaged during transit or if the wrong product is delivered, please reach out to us at Info@anatomejewellery.com with relevant details and images of the product.

Eligibility for Return: We accept returns only if the product has been damaged in transit or you have received the wrong order.
Returns are accepted if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 7 days of receipt. - Non-Refundable Shipping: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. For any defects, damages, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us right away at Info@anatomejewellery.com. We're dedicated to resolving any issues promptly.
Exchanges
For a smooth exchange process, return the original item. Once we accept your return, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will inform you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
